This policy explains what information Artix ("we") collects on artix.pk and through our AI agents, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive your name, number or email and what you write. When you use this website, basic technical data such as pages visited and device type may be recorded to keep the site working and improve it.
Businesses that use our agents
When a business uses our agent, the messages, names, numbers and bookings of its customers are handled for that business, to answer and serve those customers. The business decides how that information is used. We do not sell it.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and set up an agent for your business.
- To run and improve our service.
- To send messages you asked for, such as booking confirmations and reminders.
Sharing
We share information only with the services we need to run our agents, such as WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and our hosting and AI providers, and when the law requires it.
Opting out
Reply STOP on WhatsApp to stop marketing messages. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@artixcreative.com.
