Do I need technical skills?
No. We set the agent up for you with your services, prices, timings and staff. You run everything from a dashboard on your phone.
Does it work on my own WhatsApp number?
The agent works on a WhatsApp Business number connected to the official WhatsApp Business platform. We help you set it up.
What if the agent does not know an answer?
It asks you on WhatsApp. Your reply goes to the customer and the agent remembers it for next time. You can also take over any chat yourself.
